92% overall satisfaction for Onet Logistics

Onet Logistics recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey. A real gauge of customer service, this helps guide us in our strategy of constant improvement.

Customer service—key to satisfaction

Survey respondents were particularly satisfied with their relationship with Onet Logistics (96% satisfaction). These results highlight the quality of their customer relations with their Onet contact. Availability, responsiveness, efficiency and skill are the strengths of our teams on the ground.  

 

Experts in the field

When it comes to our services, Onet Logistics obtained a satisfaction score of 92%.

For this area, the highest levels of satisfaction concerned our employees’ expertise and handling exceptional requests with 96% satisfaction. This shows that Onet Logistics is recognised for its expertise and work practices.

Another one of Onet Logistics’ strengths is our approach to safety. Safety is an essential part of this industry, and in 92% of cases respondents felt that our strategies were perfectly suited.

 

Areas for improvement revealed

This survey also highlighted our areas for improvement such as dealing with malfunctions, checking services and providing constant innovation.
