Whether it be in the partnering of organisers and exhibitors, the preparation of premises during assembly and dismantling or the regular maintenance and cleaning of aisles and amenities, the experts at Onet have once again shown their know-how and mastery in dimensioning and managing large events.

Over 350,000 spectators attended the start of the Vendée Globe Challenge on the 6th November, 2016 and more than 1.4 million visitors came over the course of the event.

Many of them used the walkways through the Vendée Globe departure and arrival villages, where 33 exhibitors were set up.

The VENDÉE GLOBE Departure Village (25,000m²)

The village was assembled over a period from 10th to 14th October, 2016.

The village preparation service consisted of removing the polythene film on the carpet, vacuuming and cleaning the furniture in the bungalows. In order to be sure to meet the deadlines, this work was entrusted to Onet Propreté et Services Vendée with the support of some of the Onet agencies in the West Atlantic region.

During the operating period from 15th October to 6th November, 2016, cleaning was also carried out every day by about fifteen service agents from the Onet Propreté et Services Vendée agency.
