The prevention of Risks

Among the social issues related to health and safety which have been identified by ONET, the prevention of Psycho-Social Risks (PSR) and the prevention of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs) have been the subject of a structured prevention program for several years. Preventing these occupational hazards constitutes a strong social and economic challenge for ONET in terms of the consequences it entails for its employees, for civil society and for the company.


Main tasks of QUALITy Safety ENVIRONMENT management :

  • Deploying the QSE policy  defined by the top management board, and monitoring its implementation.
  • Deploying and checking the life of the QSE Integrated Management System for all the agencies.
  • Organisation of monitoring to ensure the maintenance of the level of certification by planning and conducting QSER internal audits.
  • Expertise in the certification of agencies.
  • Evolution of the QSE documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the expectations of integrated management players.
  • Advice and assistance to agencies in all three QSE areas: Quality, Health & Safety and Environment
  • Performance monitoring and implementation of improvement plans for agencies.
  • Organisation of national reporting for the awarding of our in-house label « Label horizon » which rewards the best agencies inFrance.


Main tasks of the QUALITy Safety ENVIRONMENT representatives in the AGENCiES:

  • Implementation and monitoring of the life of the agency’s QSE Management System
  • Evolution of the agency’s QSE documentation
  • QSE controls of the worksites
  • Monitoring of customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring QSE performance and monitoring the implementation of the agency’s improvement plan.
