INNOVATING IN OUR SOCIAL RELATIONS AND PRACTICES

99481144redim

From a desire for close social dialogue, the social partners (Works Council, staff representatives, union representatives, health, safety and working conditions committee…) are present in our agencies with a choice interlocutor, the Agency Manager, a real ‘Small business manager’.

DEVELOPING EMPLOYMENT

Onet has set up, in liaison with its professional branches, an Employment Development Charter, which has had a largely positive impact:

  • Recruitment of apprentices and qualification contracts,
  • Recruitment of disabled workers (partnership underway with AGEFIPH..),
  • Integration of unemployed people in difficulty.

TRAINING AND MANAGING SKILLS PROACTIVELY

  • Coordinating the training policy whose aim is to give staff the skills required today and those the service professions will need tomorrow,
  • Leading training engineering,
  • Managing skills development initiatives for all our professions with the use of in-house or outside trainers.
