The QSE processes constitute the operational architecture of stopovers. They are based on an Integrated Management System (IMS). Quality takes a central place in our organisation. The security and safety of flights are at the heart of our employees’ concerns.

For this reason, the company prides itself on its ISO 9001 and ISAGO certifications.

To eliminate the risk of aircraft collision and maximize the safety of people, we have set up a Human Factor (FH) Policy and a Flight Safety Management System.

As far as the environment is concerned, Onet Airport Services is fully in keeping with airport policy to reduce the use of paper, and is increasingly using new technology in its place.
